Create a horizontal panel and add Kicker OBSERVED RESULT Kicker's button is too wide (see attached screenshot of a 36px panel, Kicker's button has a width of ca. 58px). EXPECTED RESULT Kicker's button has a reasonable size SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.1 Graphics Platform: Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * This probably regressed with MR 2234, 6.0.4 was not affected * Choosing a custom icon (even if its just "start-here-kde-plasma") fixes the bug, it only occurs when customButtonImage=... is not set in .config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc * To reproduce, it is NOT sufficient to reset the icon in Kicker's settings as this does not delete the customButtonImage entry -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 485247] System tray starts with an empty space to the left of the show hidden icons button
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485247 Sebastian Friedl changed: What|Removed |Added CC||sfr6...@t-online.de --- Comment #5 from Sebastian Friedl --- On my Arch Linux system I observed a similar "empty space". It turned out to be the keyboard layout indicator, which was not able to determine the current keyboard layout and therefore displayed nothing. I was able to solve this by setting the keyboard layout through KDE's system settings or using "localectl set-keymap XY". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Breeze] [Bug 469708] Icon on focused QToolButton gets inverted
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469708 --- Comment #3 from Sebastian Friedl --- (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #2) > Can you reproduce this issue in any KDE apps? I am unable to when I try. At first I only observed this behavior while writing own apps using code like in the attached C++ file. Prompted by your comment, and after some search, I also found an example in Kate/KWrite (both v23.04.1): Under "Settings" > "Configure Kate" > "Open/Save" > "Modes & Filetypes", the magic wand buttons next to the "Variables" and "MIME types" fields also show the described behavior. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
