This was reported for KHTML, which is no longer maintained. Konqueror nowadays
uses Google's webengine, but text rendering/layout might also depend on code in
QtWebEngine.

If this is reproducible with Konqueror and its WebEngine part, I suggest to
report this issue to QtWebEngine developers first.
