I've confirmed on KDE 4.2.2 (Kubuntu) using the steps given above. As mentioned by Maciej this bug only appears if you do not use your Default Identity when creating the message. If "enterprise" is mentioned, this is enterprise version, if not -- regular. Easy to spot, because when using regular version on second and every next "send from queue" you have to click on outbox folder in order to send. I've tried even KDE 3.5.9 which doesn't delete that field. I've do this steps: 1) new mail 2) write an address on the "TO:" field 3) write another address on the "reply to:" field 4) save the mail as draft / queue mail 5) reopened the mail The "reply to field" isn't empty.
