Title:
Kernel configs deviate from generic kernel

Status in linux-gke package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in linux-gke source package in Jammy:
  New

Bug description:
After doing the config to annotation migration it became apparent that
during previous cranks generic kernel configs were not correctly
updated in the derivative linux-gke kernel. For the time being, the
gke annotations file has been updated to match the configs prior to
annotation migrations. These configs should be evaluated and updated
in linux-gke to match the generic kernel.

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 2040120] Re: Kernel configs deviate from generic kernel

2023-10-25 Thread Ubuntu Kernel Bot
This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-gke/5.15.0-1046.51
kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and
update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the
tag 'verification-needed-jammy-linux-gke' to 'verification-done-jammy-
linux-gke'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-
needed-jammy-linux-gke' to 'verification-failed-jammy-linux-gke'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
