Bill, Check your firewall settings. The Legacy update is considered a new file by the firewall program. It needs to be told to allow the new Legacy to connect to the internet. I just tried from my Legacy and it connected with no trouble to the Legacy Home Page if that helps at all. I also was able to get the Legacy News.
