Well, well.. it is a Windows-only problem :) I can reproduce it, but not on
Linux.

The manager was revamped in 5.3. Can you reproduce in 5.3 RC1?
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.3.0.1_Win_x64.msi

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
