This is a known problem with SuSE and QT3.x.
Start Licq like this:

licq -- -noxim

This should work.

I just installed Suse 8.1, (re)compiled licq (1.2.0a and cvs from 2112)
and keep getting segfaults at startup. :-(
Does anyone have a clue?

licq -d 15 gives:
