If you mean the KOrganizer then open it, go to Settings/Configure 
Korganizer and uncheck "Start alarm daemons" or something similar.  Then 
click OK and close KOrganizer.

Where in KDE can I stop or add autostarting apps like klipper and alarm?  I've been 
snooping around and can't get 
rid of that damned alarm app.
