accessible, try IA Writer. Works really well.

Lost my Apple ID

Setting voice feedback

When I try to set my vvoice feedback to read "none" or "words only" it
doesn't seem to change. It just keeps reading each character as I type it.
How do I change it?

Yes, it is, and I had problems finding it, too. In the ap store search box,
enter lower case I followed by capital A space capital Writer. It works
even better with the Iphone 5.

Keyboards for I products

For the IPhone and IPad I prefer the LogiTec because it works well and has
an on/off slide switch that is not a light like the Apple Bluetooth
keyboards. I believe I was told it only works with the IPad, but it works
with both.

Text document reader

The other day I was introduced to Abbyfein, a scanner/text reader that
works particularly well with a scanner, converting the scanned material to
text. The scanner recommended was the Canon, but I've forgotten the exact
model, but I do recall it was under $100.00.

Somehow on my IPhone 4S I have managed to set a setting where the VO plus
up or down arrow affects the speech rate. How do I disable this?
