"Experimental packaging is available for the FreeBSD (.tbz package), Fedora 
(.rpm package) and Ubuntu (.deb package) operating systems."

Do we have any of these? Should we just remove this sentence from the page?

I don't think we still have this package. However, MacPorts base does
build on Linux systems (if you install some GNUstep libraries and
have an Objective-C compiler).

I shall warn you though: Pretty much the only useful thing you can do
with this Linux version of MacPorts is generate a PortIndex and mirror
distfiles. Do not expect it to build any software.
