Hello there This is been happening to me more often with the iPhone. However, when it is happened to me with my Mac, sometimes I can get it to work by pressing on the trackpad. Not always. I do not know the site in question but when this happens to me it is normally because there is a check box which needs to be checked which either Voiceover is not picking up or which I have missed. Another option is to try hitting VO Command F5 and then trying shift VO Space to perform a virtual mouse click on the button.
