Does anyone know anything about a map "The True or verdadera route of Christopher Columbus, October 12-27, 1492 : showing islands he discovered and his anchorages in the Bahamas Archipelago as reconstructed from his journal and other original sources" by Christopher C. Larimore and Bill Dunwoody? If not, does anyone know how to contact Dunwoody or Larimore? I saw that Dunwoody presented at the 2004 Society for the History of Discoveries but there is no contact information. This is a MapHist list message (when you hit 'reply' you're replying to the whole list) o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + o + May I sugest you contact SHD, of whose officers at the time (2004), or even currently, could put you in touch with Bill Dunwoody - or maybe only supply his contact deuails of that specific period? Because SHD's Vice-President would have been chiefly responsible for throwing together the program. I have at hand the SHD's 'Membership Directory 2008'; but am not disseminating to 'MAPS-L' the contact details for 'William Dunwoody' in case it contravenes SHD policy or those 2007/2008 details might be out-of-date (hence, time-wasting for you).
