I think a great idea. The videos from Youtube has a different focus. New users, future users. People who use the platform or proprietary environment. ( screencasts, testimonials and tips ) Or video on blip.tv miro channel. Must be official, encourage the use of and access to the Miro GNOME TV channel for people who already use GNOME. Send the material - based on the size I shall confirm by noon India time (early morning Europe) if I can pull it off. I am traveling so dont have a whole lot of time - but can spend 2 to 3 hrs. If you are looking for a fancy brochure - I cannot do it - am not an artist. A simple document with relevant info in a decent format is up mu alley. Am assuming the following: - Output is a regular Letter size or power point type document - Images text (material is ready) - I dont have to search anything. - Output will be PDF How many pages do you expect this to run into? Do we have a template? Is there any secondary / tertiary goal apart from giving a document with relevant info to participants? Is there any expectation of the sponsors that I need to be cognizant of?
