Supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation, the Conference
on Mobile Position Awareness Systems and Solutions (COMPASS) will bring
together museum staff, STEM informal learning specialists, visitor
researchers, mobile location technology developers, cyberlearning
scientists and others.
The two day conference will take place at the Exploratorium, Pier 15, San
Francisco, CA on Thursday and Friday, September 6 and 7.
Apply to attend and participate in this conference which will be an
opportunity for dialogue, exchanging experiences and advancing research and
practice in the use of mobile position awareness systems in museums.
