[Mingw-w64-public] Duplicate symbols in libuuid.a

Duplicates weren't issue for a long time. Look here https://github.com/Alexpux/MINGW-packages/issues/1712#issuecomment-247562691 As Laurent noticed this issue started somewhere after rev 4680 (b028d1) dated 2016-07-08 and 4721 (1006bb) dated 2016-08-22.
