Oh yeah, I'll be there. How could anyone not wanna see the crew? Also I was just very curious if anyone knew any info about Workin' on Leavin' the Livin'. Does Modest Mouse ever give any credit to the Pixies for using the line "In heaven, everything is fine. In heaven, every things alright."? The Pixies song, I believe entitle Heaven simply repeats that line over and over with the only other line "you get yours and I'll get mine." Just curious seeing as how there is no doubt that Modest Mouse are giant Pixies fans. Alright, be sure to go see the "Crew." /todd __ Do You Yahoo!? Talk to your friends online with Yahoo! Re: [MMouse]: 2 live crew now: ERASERHEAD
NO NO NO"In heaven, everything is fine. In heaven, every things alright." Is not by the Pixies. They did it...so did Maranda Sex Garden and Love and Rockets and Bauhaus and Skinny Puppy on and on But it is originally from "Eraserhead" by David Lynch. The funny fat faced woman in the heater is tap dancing on fetus's (spelling way off...you know what I mean..unborn babies) and squishing them while singing that little diddy over and over. It's a re-ocurring thing in the film...anyway, whenever anyone wants to be ulta-hip and punk/goth rock cool they throw that in a song or just do the whole thing. - Original Message - From: "Todd Houlette" [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, February 03, 2000 12:12 PM Subject: [MMouse]: 2 live crew Yeaaah, did anyone hear about 2 Live Crew playing up here in Portland at Berbatti's on the 29th? [MMouse]: different versions hot boys
but, I don't think they are the same versions. I think they took the raw mix's, and re-mixed them and ADDED things, like guitar parts, and changed the vocals on some stuff, and you name it. Could you name an example of one of the songs that you believe something was added to? I've owned just about every single as they were released, and I've had to buy second copies of most of them as I wore the grooves out on a few. I am absolutely convinced that they are the original versions intact, but maybe upon closer and defined examination I can be proven wrong. So, what part of what song sounds different? Put me to work. ladies get to voting. boys, get to work. OK, I'm completely offended that some of us heterosexual men who are confident in our sexuality are not allowed to deem which boys we consider attractive in a strictly platonic and non-sexual way. I mean, come on, I know a cute boy when I see one. this one's for the ladies in the house, *phiL* __ Do You Yahoo!? Talk to your friends online with Yahoo! Messenger. http://im.yahoo.com

Is anyone else having trouble with the Hotboys and Hotgirls links? I am. But my computer has had problems with an LSD addiction lately, so maybe it's his fault. Damn computer. He's always tryin' to be like John Lennon. ~Ryan have you seen the little piggies crawling in the dirt?

Hey in regards to the new album, my friend(old friend) ben who is personal friends wif Isaac has a copy of the NEW cd, he told me that according to Epic, if the Mouse gives it out, they get in big big trouble, which is understandable, look how we do with live music and such ya know. However, this is all hearsay from a friend of a friend so who knows.RUSS I BEEN TRYING TO EMAIL YOU FOR WEEKS whats the deal? Please personally email me. Thanks Love Jonathan
