[MOPO] Star Wars Display Question

2011-08-14 Thread Brek Anderson
Hi,

Help please. Can't find any info on some double sided, heavy plastic, star war
posters that were obviously meant to be hung in the theater lobby. They are
24'' by 37 1/2" with different character images on each side from The Phantom
Menace. The only wording is STAR WARS tm printed vertically in large outline
letters. Any idea on value? Have 4 different ones with 8 different images.

Cheers,

Brek

[MOPO] FA: a special collection of 122 mostly Cinerama items ends very soon; lots of GREAT items included and lots of INCREDIBLE bargains!

2011-08-14 Thread Bruce Hershenson
Three times *EVERY *week we auction hundreds of items that sell for low, low
prices (we actually sell lots and lots of items for $1 and $2, and around
half of all that we auction goes for $14 and under (and those are pretty
evenly spread between $1 and $14), and our leading 'competitor"
*NEVER*auctions even
*ONE *item for less than *FIFTEEN DOLLARS*, due to their *outrageous* $14
minimum buyers premium).

But Sunday's special collection of 122 mostly Cinerama items (including many
rarely seen items from the early Cinerama films), closing *THIS
AFTERNOON*(not at night, like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions), on
*August 14**th*, represent *REALLY* incredible values, and that includes a
lot of *really good* items, and yet many of these are currently languishing
at low, low, prices!

With just *7 *hours to go, these 122 mostly Cinerama items include a* CRAZY
*17 that are $1 each**, a silly 103 that are $3 each or under, a not-to-be
believed 53 that are $3 each or under, and a *MOUNT EVEREST-LIKE* 75 that
are still $10 each and under! *THAT'S RIGHT, 60% OF THESE ITEMS ** ARE
$10 EACH OR UNDER (and over 40% are $3 each or under!), AND THAT INCLUDES A
LOT OF GOOD ITEMS THAT MOST DEALERS WOULD ASK $20, $30 OR MORE FOR!*

*Some may say they can't afford to spend money on "frivolous" items like
these right now, but I say you can't afford NOT to, both because many prices
are lower than you could possibly imagine, and this opportunity might not
pass this way again anytime soon, and also because THESE paper items seem
far more likely to hold their value than our paper MONEY which erodes in
value with each passing week!**
*
