I just tried to renew my subscription, but it didn't work, so I did
the sane thing - I dropped them an email.  Sure enough, they were
doing some upgrades, and it is working now.

I have the same problem, but I also notice I can't log into their web site 
either. Thinking they had locked old unused accounts, I tried to create a new 
one and found that the new account didn't work. 

Real quality service there.
