It must from using a MS Intellimouse. In one sense it's a oxymoron. In the other Linux recognizes what it is and refuses to work with it. In XF86Config-4 change the the device to /dev/psaux and restart the X server. I have not experienced this in 10.0 but am having to do so with cooker to enable expected operation of the wheel with Logitech MX700 Charles -- Rascal, am I?
