MoneyWell also uses your number formats in your System Preferences International panel. Sorry for this problem. No worries, every software has bugs ;) But I'd prefer being able to override the stuff from the International panel with a custom format - for various reasons (i.e. using an US OSX but a German import file or the other way around).
