Our small group (mostly Evgeny) started preparing instructions for
Russian users. Currently we host them at Google docs which allows
producing nice pdf files:

I'm working with Alexei Fedotov to bring openmeetings to
Russian-speaking users.
I have translated to Russian all 617 entries in russian.xml (added
about 400 new translations and edited some of first 200 translated in the
past).
Please, add it to the project.
(See attached. Also you can find a diff file russian_xml_diff.zip, it's
a zipped html).
I intend to create a simple user instruction in Russian how to install
and use the Openmeetings. Could you please grant me access to the Wiki to
add my instructions?
