Performance tuning and Process management. Vcenter experience, experience in VMWARE hypervisor and ESXi services. Experience in online and offline migration, High Availability, cluster configurations , HP-Virtual Connect, HP C7000 or any other blade enclosures. Experience in Hitachi Storage (HUS) and good understanding of these concepts. *Operating system*: Expert in RHEL 6 or above version, Solaris and Windows experience are added advantage. having working experience in maintaining complex Windows / Linux / Solaris and VMware environments. Strong understanding of TCP/IP concepts, Understanding of IPv6 and experience with IPv6 implementation, Good understanding of application protocols – DHCP, Radius, LDAP, DNS, and Radius and Scripting knowledge Perl, shell will be added advantage, Network troubleshooting skills, Good Documentation skills, basic knowledge of creating methods and procedures and troubleshooting guides, Soft Skills: Should posses excellent communication skills as client interaction is required, should be a self learner, should be very good at troubleshooting and administration skills, should be a good team player and ability to grasp high level instructions is very important, Investigate new features, Lab support, Replicate and test production setup in a lab prior to deployment.
