Hi,

DBA_SOURCE is the table which stores information about all procedures and
fuctions.


SQL> desc dba_source
 NameNull?Type
 ---  
 OWNER   NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
 NAMENOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
 TYPE VARCHAR2(12)
 LINENOT NULL NUMBER
 TEXT VARCHAR2(4000)

I believe that the TABLE that stores source is sys.source$.
DBA_, USER_ and ALL_ are views, and have no segments or extents.
