Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 Months Performance Analytics Risk IT, in New York, NY to work on development of its performance and risk application. Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT (Master's preferred), and at least five (5) years of experience building and improving Web applications for financial services institution (asset management preferred). Required Skills • Core Java + J2EE - at least 5 years of experience • JSF (Java Server Faces ) preferably including RichFaces and JSP • Good knowledge of programming algorithms and interfaces • Web design experience including solid knowledge of HTML, XHTML and CSS • Good knowledge Java graphics software • Good knowledge of JBoss application server • Unix/Linux experience including Shell scripting • Databases – Sybase (or SQL Server) and Informix • Batch scheduling / running experience using SysAdmiral or Autosys • SharePoint development and site administration Desired skills • Knowledge of code control tools such as CVS • Familiarity with authentication tools (LDAP) • Knowledge of financial products (equity, fixed income and alternatives) • Knowledge of performance and risk analytics • Familiarity with Monte-Carlo simulations Looking forward to add value by mutually winning possibilities.
