Does only one agent get multiple notifications, or do all your agents get multiple notifications? How are you changing the owner of the ticket? Have you looked at the ticket history? Rose; I'm sorry, I don't use OTRS 3, I'm running OTRS 5, so I don't know anything at all about how your system should be set up.
