Re: GESO: Looking back at Galapagos 2018
Wonderful. As for the cormorants, I’m sure they’re not really flightless, they just can’t be bothered. > On 31 Mar 2021, at 21:39, Stanley Halpin wrote: > > When traveling one of the ways I have tried to share my experiences has been > to post a few images every day or two on Facebook. Re: GESO: Looking back at Galapagos 2018
I do remember some of these.. the sea lion (or os ot a seal?) with the ship in background, the cormy and the blue-footted booby esspecially but I missed the shot of the pa-hoi-hoi first time around. It does rather look like.. um..well.. you know. and ankle twisting stuff to walk on. ann On 3/31/2021 4:39 PM, Stanley Halpin wrote: When traveling one of the ways I have tried to share my experiences has been to post a few images every day or two on Facebook. GESO: Looking back at Galapagos 2018
When traveling one of the ways I have tried to share my experiences has been to post a few images every day or two on Facebook. Because it is easy to do. I also have a travel blog, but that is harder to manage when operating in low-bandwidth conditions. So I have quick selections with minimal editing which go to Facebook. Some random time later Facebook tells me I should check out my Memories from such-and-such a time period and there is a Share button. I got such a Memories reminder the other day, I did do the Share thing, and a few of my Galapagos images went back into Facebook circulation. I decided I won’t do that again. Because those were a quick select, minimal editing batch of photos. So instead I went back into my Galapagos images, selected a few favorites (yes, there was overlap with the set I had posted 3 years ago), di some slight editing, and posted those instead of the recycled Memories. So now I have a Collection in Lightroom of those images from my revisit to Galapagos images. So I clicked the icon to Sync that collection.
