I'm one of the members of the PHP Manual Simplified Chinese (DOC-ZH) Translation Group. There's no definite leader of this group, but I'm one of the earlist members in this project and also did much work. I wondered if I could recommend Yan Cui ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) to join our team so that he can get a CVS account to help the translation work. We do need people to help the translation work. That's normally what I look for in translation account approvals. He's got some problem with the email address for the former account. He may think the first apply has been denied so that he registered with another username again. Let himself to choose one account to reserve and the other one may be deleted... He's new here and maybe he doesn't know that one can modify his own details for a CVS account, as there's no tips in the inform email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] when the account was created. I myself got to know this after someone in this list told me...
