Bug#707307: mediatomb-common: Mediatomb in Wheezy fails to start because there is no libfaac.so.0
Hello, 2013/5/9 J G Miller mil...@yoyo.org: Severity: grave The MediaTomb daemon executable in Wheezy is linked to libfaac ldd /usr/bin/mediatomb | grep libfaac libfaac.so.0 = not found I do not see that linkage here. This makes the package unusable and therefore the severity of the bug is set to GRAVE. Downgrading severity as it appears to only be affecting you. Was MediatTomb ever tested for release in Wheezy? Yes, I have it running here. At least neither of the amd64 or i386 binaries appear to be directly linked to libfaac. Ah: Architecture: armel (armv5tel) Nope, the armel binary doesn't appear to be either. Please could you provide the full ldd output, together with objdump --private-headers /usr/bin/mediatomb?
