Never occurred to me to try. SAME PROBLEM. Stopped playing Tubular Bells after 11 minutes. I use the Spotty Menus, not Connect mode. Connect Mode does not work with Podcasts, only Music. What platform is LMS running on? What player are you using? Would you be using any other 3rd party plugin potentially dealing with the transcoding rules? I think I've tracked it down to be related to the setting "Optimize Pre-Buffering" - if this is enabled it seems to produce this skipping, if disabled all seems to be fine. The weird thing is that when I disable the checkbox, it will be enabled again after some days - don't know why? As slartibartfast mentioned this could happen if you had a player with huge buffers. Dear all, I'm having an issue with songs skipping to the next track before the end with my LMS Docker (dlandon) on an Unraid server. This happens quite randomly on my piCore players and SB-touch - for instance 4 tracks playing fine and then the next three tracks wouldn't be finish. I think I've tracked it down to be related to the setting "Optimize Pre-Buffering" - if this is enabled it seems to produce this skipping, if disabled all seems to be fine. If yes, what do you think > could be wrong? Welcome to the forum. The answer to your question is "yes". You should be able to sync to/from the Denon player just as any other. You say that the track "doesn't play on receiver B". Is the Denon powered on? Are you synchronizing power? Volume? Are you specifying a Quick Select for the Denon in the player plugin? Is the Denon set to the desired input? Check to be sure that the Denon is not mistakenly being muted by Squeezer. I have seen this happen on occasion. The bottom line is that it should work and works for me. Regarding the volume, you need to set the player output to fixed at 100% in the Squeezer Settings->Player->Audio menu. However, I do not have a Premium account, but I am listening to Spotify right now from my web client. Am I missing something? No - assuming you refer to open.spotify.com when talking about the "web client"? Spotty does not support the free (ad supported) version of Spotify. I'm trying to start from ground zero and understand the functionality of the Denon AVP/AVR plug-in (using v4.3.2) and searching the forum didn't show anything obvious. Here's my setup: * 1x Squeezebox Receiver (A) connected to digital in (RCA) on a 4 zone Control4 matrix amp * 1x Squeezebox Receiver (B) connected to digital in (optical) on a Denon AVR-1713 * Denon AVR-1713 on the network via Ethernet * LMS 8.2.1 (running on Daphile) * Squeezer on Android to control the players * Enabled the Denon plug in on the AVR-1713 only and gave the AVR-1713 a static IP address as per the setup instructions I would like to synchronize receiver A onto the AVR-1713 but synchronization doesn't appear to work. Say I play an audio source on receiver A and want to play on receiver B via synchronization, the track on receiver A doesn't play on receiver B. Playing an audio source directly on receiver B works fine. Given the AVR-1713 appears as a player in Squeezer I would have thought I can synchronize it. Should I be able to sync any music playing on receiver A to the Denon Receiver (or vice versa for that matter)? I got it to work when i disable asynchronus token refresh call in spotty advanced settings. Thanks for the heads up - and this particular hint! It helped me find the issue (hopefully!). Please give 4.7.1 another try. Hello all. I run LMS on a small Wandboard under Linux and have SQ-X installed on my Windows 7 desktop. Everything works fine. But yesterday I installed SQ-X on the other desktop on my small home network, also running Windows 7, and I'm unable to get it to work. I keep getting a *System Error. Code: 123 The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.* The version I'm trying to install is the same Windows 7-compatible version I have installed on the other W7 desktop. Has anyone run into this problem? Might it be related to installing on two computers on the same network? Any hints as to where to look for the source of the problem would be appreciated.
