Non-root cannot read that.  It is security sensitive.  Isn't that
obvious?

Hi all,

I got the following error while moving through the screens in pftop:

> Error Reading Anchor / (DIOCGETRULES): Permission denied

Anybody else getting this error?  This was from packages.
