Bob, this is almost exactly what we paid over 6 years ago, so that figure is 
probably still close depending on make and model, my back up chair is getting

19-20 K is an easy guess.Base price for a simple  mobility chair is 
6-7k   Rehab Chairs  10-12K
But you can call a local DME and ask over the phone.
