I started my own online business 3 years after I got injured
www.lwgripgloves.com. While I do ok, I do need a little extra income. Surveys
take a while but they do pay a little. I'm on www.valued opinions, univox,
opinion bar and toluna. Those are the ones I can recommend but there are many
more. You can find them by doing a google search, just do a quick research
because some might be scamms. It can also help to take some quick free courses
to learn something new to do online which cane make you money, Coursera is a
good site. I learned graphic design on my own. There are a few options. Good
luck!

I think its generally known that 99.9 % of the work at home programs are
scams at best. Those who I know that work from home, are working for some major
US and Foreign Corporations. They may have a home office and travel into
their corporate offices 4 times a year.
The survey companies are gun slingers that are paid to write negative
reports for competitive organizations and positive comments about the hiring
company. I think you may be reading shortly about GOOGLE suing some
individuals who were never customers of the companies they have written nasty
comments.

  I haven't written in a while

unable to go back to work right now. Does anyone have any ideas on work from
  home.

  He is really struggling

I remember someone mentioning you can earn some money by doing

I worked for NTI this past tax season and last year.  I have mixed feelings about working for them.  Your hours are based on call volume, so the season lasts about 3 months.  If you're on benefits you have to be careful (I wasn't) that you don't go over the amount you're supposed to have.  If you do as advised and make your schedule as available for all or most working hours during the day, they will give you large breaks so that you are invariably sitting at home all day (what can you do with two-1 hour breaks that are spaced apart?  No time to even leave the house to run an errand) and waiting to clock in.  Then if the call volume drops, they ask you, then plead with you to take time off.  Of course you don't have to take it off but it's annoying.  If you're interested, I would give it a go.  I still have about $1000 on a medical debit card I still have to use.  That part worked great for me since I have no dental coverage and need to get my teeth fixed.  Just don't have any illusions that you are going to be one of their star performers and stay on the whole year.  They probably keep less than 25% of the people they hire...but it could happen ;-)
