[Quantum Owners] Re: Footman James Insurance Increase
Hi Steve. Thanks for the info, looks like I may have to phone them and check up. I'll update here when I get an answer. Also I had a quick look at your webpage Steve, and have a quick question. Is that a Ginetta G26 towing your donor in the first picture? Dave -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group. [Quantum Owners] Brake servo 2+2
Finally got round to changing the brake servo on Caroles 2+2 this weekend, the old one had a small air leak. It did not seem to affect the brakes at all, but it sure did make the fuel injected Zetec engine run very lumpy. It was at its worst on the over run and would not tick over nicely, now it is greatly improved and ticks over at a rock steady 800rpm. Well worth a ride over to Hemel Hempstead to collect it, thank you very much Ian (barnacle) for the servo and the coffee! I am looking forward to seeing your Fiat powered beast at Stoneleigh. [Quantum Owners] Re: Footman James Insurance Increase
Hi Dave, My renewal premium in January with Footman James was around £192. I ended up going elsewhere as I got a better quote from another company. My daughter was quoted just over £180 three weeks ago! [Quantum Owners] Footman James Insurance Increase
Hi All. It looks like Footman James have bumped up the insurance cost a bit. I've just received my insurance renewal, it was just under £180 last year, and now it's £202.46. If anyone has just received their renewal and it's still at the old rate, please let me know and I'll get on to FJ and remind them I'm a club member. Dave PS. Just clocked up 170,000 miles, I may have to think about reconditioning the engine in another 100,000 or so! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group.
