as far as i understand it, swap is a partition with the file-system swap and
mounted as swap.
so if you do not mount the unencrypted swap as qubes swap, everything should
work.
you may need to use manual partitioning during setup.
if dual-booting you should use anti evil maid (see: qubes doc).
