Streaming video, no.  But you can have it display album cover art of
the currently playing artist/album if the station supplies this in the
stream.
Most do not include album art and simply display the station's graphics
logo  or no graphics/art whatsoever.

Another option is to enable the Flickr App (no account needed) then
have the Radio display still images of the currently playing band/artist
if such pics exist in the Flickr database tags.

can you set up a streaming video display of the song and artist your
listing to on the display screen?   So far all I see is the station name
