- 7+ years of experience in performance test projects and leading teams
- Strong experience and knowledge with tools like Jmeter, Loadrunner
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace)
- Experience working with service virtualization tools (Mountebank,
Mockito, LISA, etc.)
- Oversee application performance lifecycle, and establish and monitor
key metrics for continuous improvement
- Assist engineers and other technical staff in problem investigation
and resolution, mentor and coach other engineers
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of issues or bottlenecks found in the
application under test
- Write and maintain complex performance test plans and strategies
- Analyze test results with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders,
and coordinate with the respective teams for performance tuning, memory
leaks and bug fixes
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and other stakeholders
to develop comprehensive performance test strategies
- Understand emerging technology trends and the practical application of
best practices to improve and innovate in the performance testing space
- Strong experience with performance testing and management tools
- Well versed in databases, cloud, networking, security, application
monitoring, and overall IT infrastructure
