it will be; the corresponding ticket has not yet been merged.

In a private Sage installation you can do anything you like; I suggest you 
rather use the latest 6.8 beta for this purpose.

have to wait for an update of Sage on cloud.sagemath.com (at the moment is 
6.7).
Can I import Pynac-0.4.1(or Pynac-0.3.9.1) in Sage 6.7 on the cloud?

 When I do the same for a 3d polyhedron, the background is white.


Given that p3.show(whatever=15) does not raise an exception, I would say 
that 'transparent' is not supported for 3d plots and that your argument is 
ignored.
