Required Skills: - understand telephony systems (switches/dialers) - IVR background - CTI/ANI background *CTI - used as data collection and customer information routing to agent that takes the call *ANI - used to pull customer info based on phone #, name, last 4 of social, etc CRQM - this is for call recording and data capture EWFM - used for agent scheduling; this system over time helps estimate peaks and valleys for agent scheduling.
