Job Description:






*Key Responsibilities:  • Understanding of Operational Risk Management
related solutions across domains • Aware and up to date with current
business challenges in the industry and how ORM solutions can play a
significant role. Able to ideate and solution new offerings for the
potential clients • Managing cross-geography engagements with multiple
internal and external stakeholders and demanding timelines • Ability to
lead control testing assignments involving Risk Identification, Designing
of Controls Test Plans, Performing Controls Testing • Collaborate with the
various teams (within BPS or in TCS IT) to conceptualize the ORM solution
for different operations*


*Knowledge/Experience: • Subject Matter Expertise in any of BFSI Domains,
Operations risk, performance management or other control related
disciplines. For example, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Compliance or
operations /process risk*




*Competencies/Skills:  • Good communication skills • Should have client
facing experience (preferably international clients) • Excellent Banking
Process Knowledge*



*Qualifications: • Graduate degree and 6+ years of related work experience
• Post graduate degree (CA / MBA) and 4+ years of related work experience*

*Position: *Microsoft ActiveSync Expert
*Location: *Vacaville, CA
*Job Description:*
Scope:
The ActiveSync Expert will act as the expert in troubleshooting a current
issue with IOS connectivity and ActiveSync.

State Fund, at their discretion, can utilize Consultant resource in any
capacity to meet the needs of State Fund. Consultant resources may be
assigned by State Fund to work independently, work on teams lead by State
Fund, Consultant resources or, teams lead by other consulting firms.

Tasks:
The tasks for the ActiveSync Expert include, but are not limited to, the
following:

* Configure Microsoft Exchange with Mobile devices using certificate based
authentication
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues between Exchange and mobile devices
(specializing in IOS devices)
* Troubleshoot and configure Exchange 2007 Client Access Servers for use
with mobile devices


Technical Knowledge and Skills:

* Experience: +5 years of Exchange 2007 experience
* IOS ACTIVESYNC experience (the more years the better)
* Experience with Clustered Exchange server environments necessary
