*2.   **JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:*



   1. Develop and support software based on requirements and design.
   2. Analyze system requirements and provide designs to project/team in
   compliance with client standards.
   3. Lead code reviews of other developers’ code.
   4. Ensure all project artifacts are delivered, including, but not
   limited to, unit test and unit test plans.
   5. Coordinate Oracle code release and promotion of code migration across
   various development and production environments.
   6. Participate in team development projects and communicate priorities
   and limitations of system design.
   7. Extend, support and train others on deployment processes.
   8. Review and implement all build documentation including installation
   instructions.
   9. Provide on call coverage when required.
   10. Lead mentorship of more junior developers.
   11. Any other tasks as requested by management.
   12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   13. Solid analytical and technical skills
   14. Experience working in an agile environment

*3. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*



*(i) **Educational Requirements**

·BS Computer Science or related field.



*(ii)   **Experience Required*

·At least 6 years experience in software development

·At least 4 years experience in .NET/C#.net development

·At least 4 years experience with WCF Programming Languages/Development
Tools

·At least 4 years experience with HTML / CSS / JQUERY / JavaScript

·At least 4 years of experience in Oracle database

·At least 2 years of experience in UNIX

·At least 2 years of experience using UML

·At least 2 years of experience in Java

·At least 2 year of experience in at least 2 of the following SQL,

   PL/SQL, SOAP, and XML

·Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools and
specification representation.





*(iii) **Other Requirements*

·Experience with Clinical Trials and/or Medical
Software

·Experience with implementation with release builds
and build   processes.

·Experience working on a team.

*Requirements:*

   - Translate requirements and specifications into working code
   - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
   - Must be self motivated - roadblocks do not stop you from completing
   your task.
   - Work with multiple groups globally - designers, analysts, development,
   architects, QA, project management, infrastructure, deployment, etc.
   - Good communication skills, both written and oral, are required.


*Skills: *

   - Visual Studio.NET 3.0/3.5/4.0 IDE, ASP.Net, C#.Net is required
   - SQL Server 2005, 2008 R2 is required
   - Experience using MVC design pattern, ASP.Net MVC Framework, Razor,
   and/or MVVM design pattern is a BIG plus.
   - Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos,
   Hyperion, SPSS, SSRS etc. is a big plus
   - HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JQM, JQ UI is a big plus
   - Experience in an Agile environment is a plus, but not necessary
   - Data validation, web analytics, and performance testing experience is
   nice to have, but not necessary


*Education and Experience: *

   - 3-5 years experience web development.
   - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Equivalent.
   - Certified Scrum Master is nice to have, but not required
