CS helps, but the UTI returns--we're trying Godzilla which we recognize has been very helpful for several small problems--too early to determine if it also can help UTI. Re: CS>OT: Painting Iodine on the skin test
Hi Dean, > WOW!!! What a great article (as I dig out my Lugol's). I have a few points which I find not to be my experience. 1) Evaporation: Within a minute or so (maybe two) you cannot rub the stain off from either me or my wife. 2) More people have spoken about the efficacy of this method (Ninah, and others), in contradiction to what the articles says. The article does present some additional 'good stuff.' I guess 'your milage may vary' is appropriate here:) Ciao, Craig -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver. Hi Craig, I have read about this painting iodine on the skin test. But just two days ago I came across this article by Dr David Derry, thyroid specialist from Canada, who has a different opinion of this test... http://thyroid.about.com/library/derry/bl2a.htm (Interesting article, by the way) Elle From: Craig Chamberlin Greetings, There is a very easy way to test for your level of iodine. Simply take a q-tip, dip it into the iodine and paint a quarter size circle on your thigh, stomach...if it is gone in 24hrs, you need more. You can continue in this manner until some is still there after 24 hours. You can also put it on you hand and it will disappear in about 1 hour... After you are topped off, check after 3 days or so on. You'll soon figure out how often you need to swab yourself.
