Re: [Sofia-sip-devel] any way to bind client to specific interface(eth/wlan).
I do. I think I am the only one still around that does. All that being said, i think its probably time we make a real fork of this if no one from the original group is going to be working on it any more. Is there anyone here that is willing to dig though our patches on freeswitch and figure out what things we have hard-coded that need to be moved to be tags for others use? No idea, but (and I could be wrong) I suppose the original developers have abandoned the project, given what happened with nokia. Does anyone of the FreeSwitch guys have commit-access to the Sofia repository? Maybe with their help we could update and improve Sofia's main branch. -- Want fast and easy access to all the code in your enterprise? Re: [Sofia-sip-devel] Administrator needed
And I am back! Sorry for the delay. I do have access to gitorious... but its probably time to really fork this. We can probably move off of what we have in the freeswitch repo, but I'll need a volunteer to pick through the patches we have added in our tree, and see if we have hard-coded anything that really should be a tag. Re: [Sofia-sip-devel] Sofia-sip
Kai! long time no talk. I'm fine with whatever folks want, just need a little help as far as manpower to clean up what we have back to something usable outside freeswitch. Do they mean list moderator? Do you know him? I'm still here. :) I still have admin rights to both the SF and gitorious projects (except for the SF net mailing list, only Pekka has the admin password). If there is interest to take the project over, I can help with the transition. Ideally I'd like to get an ack from Pekka (and Mike), but let's see if I can reach him still. For all practical purposes, the version of Sofia-SIP in FreeSWITCH trunk is the new upstream for the project, but I agree updating the old website to reflect this would be appropriate (and avoid confusion). -- ___ Sofia-sip-devel mailing list Sofia-sip-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sofia-sip-devel -- ___ Sofia-sip-devel mailing list Sofia-sip-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sofia-sip-devel
Re: [Sofia-sip-devel] Administrator needed
Hi Mike and Kai, Good to have you back. I would like to help, but as I mentioned b4, I am not experienced with sofia, and not sure about architectural issues. What I can do, is update the examples in the refdocs and oxygen, so that new ppl can get get faster up and running... I could use web access for that. There are also uncommited patches in the sofia side as well...It took me a month of going through the sources with gdb, to figure out how to make the nua interface working. :-( What i would like to ask, is that if you decide to leave, try to find a replacement, or at least post access to the list. It is not the safest, but whoever takes over, can always change credentials... Nikos On Mon, Aug 11, 2014 at 7:51 PM, Michael Jerris m...@jerris.com wrote: And I am back! Sorry for the delay.
