Thanks for the speedy reply. Very sensible suggestion and I didn't know that that setting existed. I saw in another post > you mentioned UBlock. Is that an add on for Firefox? If so try disabling it. I use NoScript and recently I noticed parts of the settings pages were disappearing even though the page was trusted. Only disabling NoScript fixed the issue. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS 8.0.0 control panel: I can't see advanced settings
Hi, I was using LMS 7.9.2 and found that when I clicked on Advanced settings using the control panel, I would get a blank Firefox window (see image). 31231 I upgraded to LMS 8.0.0. and have the same problem. I'm using W10 64-bit with the latest version of FF. I'm running uBlock extension but it's turned off for the web pages linked to LMS. I also turned off my firewall and antivirus to no avail. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS interface has changed: I can no longer manage it
Hi, I have used a squeezebox touch for about eight years and I have been running LMS 7.9.2 for many months. A few weeks ago, the interface changed drastically from a text-based + graphics with green background including a navigation pane on the left and playlist on the right. Although it was clunky it worked. I now see a cleaner text-based that includes links to my music library as well as to options and add-ons. There is still a music player pane on the right. the problem is that this interface doesn't work for me. I can't browse my music library or add and subtract songs from the Playlist. I tried upgrading LMS to 8.0 but I still can't make good use of the new interface. here's a screenshot:31230 Can I either get the old interface back or get the new interface to work as the old one? Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] DSD player Plugin
On the Raspberry PI OS system that DSD Player does NOT work, I suspect we likely need to build a dsdplay aarch64 binary (armv8). What does the search path for dsdplay look like in the log with the following enabled? Set os.paths logging to debug and check the save log settings then restart LMS with the dsdplayer plugin enable. Navigate to the DSD Player setting and in the server.log you'll see where the dsdplayer plugin searches for dsdplay. Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] macOS Big Sur
Now let's see whether they keep Perl around when Big Sur finally is shipped... Fingers crossed. I have applied a change to the installer to prepare upcoming 7.9 & 8.0 packages for Big Sur - assuming the state of Perl remains what it is with Beta 4... Fun fact: right after the installation the LMS PrefPane would be started in dark mode (given macOS as configured to use dark mode). But never thereafter. No idea why that would be. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
