Yeah, we don't really have that right now. Also, it's going to change shortly anyway, since we intend to move the core repo to github, at which point we will start accepting patches both traditionally via the mailing list and as github merge requests... I figure before documenting this we should have completed that switch so that we don't document something that's already out-of-date.
