Yes - this absolutely epitomises the main problem of most imports. Here we have 19,000 bits of data that are almost certainly completely irrelevant since for almost all of them there is nothing there in the real world. Thus the data is voluminous but poor quality and detracts from the accuracy and usefulness of the map. What we should do (IMHO) is grab the data (if its licence is compatable with OSM) then use it to go check out (survey) actual areas of Australia and put in any of it that we can verify as real and accurate. If we do this then we greatly improve the map but just importing the entire low quality data would be disastrous.
