Well... let's say thank you very much for all your enthousiastic answers! That's awesome! I just want to point out the fact that our aim is to focus on Quebec city and around (aka "Capitale Nationale") and note all the province of Quebec. First, we're so many contributors to begin with a provincial project. And we want to focus on local data (i.e. "where we live") and this is a 'field work' : we need to meet us . That does'nt mean that we do not care about the rest of PQ or CA, but this mailing list (or some private messages) is enough to maintain a good collaboration. I rather suggest the creation of a Montreal's flavour on OSM Group, and later (when Quebec and Montreal will be established, then we'll think of federate those groups into a provincial one. - - - Pour commencer je tiens tous vous remercier pour vos chaleureux encouragements: c'est très motivant! Maintenant, il est bon de vous rappeler que le but de notre initiative est de se concentrer sur Québec et la région Capitale Nationale. Premièrement car nous sommes probablement trop peu de contributeurs actifs pour rassembler la province, mais aussi parceque c'est un travail de terrain pour notre environnement de vie, un travail collaboratif qui nécessite des rencontres +/- fréquentes pour assurer une bonne convivialité. Cela ne veut pas dire que nous nous isolons du Canada ou de la Province du Quebec, mais l'usage de cette mailling-list réponds amplement à ce besoin de maintenir une bonne coordination entre les groupes canadiens. Je suggère plutôt de penser à la création d'un groupe local dans la métropôle de Montréal - Laval inclus bien sûr ;-) - et d'attendre que les groupes locaux soient suffisement établis avant de les fédérer dans un groupe provincial. (Ceci étant dit, rien ne nous empêchera de nous rencontrer à Montréal, Drummondville ou Trois-Rivières mais à court terme on n'a rien de prévu.)
