The tagging is wrong, as "Brunnen" just means "well", and is no name, and those are probably neither publically reachable nor for refilling your caravan. The proper tagging would probably be something like: man_made=water_well drinking_water=yes But, those would show up on the hiking map, which is equally wrong.
