Yes, "Correos" is the Spanish postal service, I think the complete
name is "Correos y Telegrafos de España" but the copyright in their
page [0] says "Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos"

Well, Correos is the Spanish postal service, like Royal Mail in Britain or
the US Post Service in the USA. I don't know if that counts as operator or
