There have been several bugs like that though, some people can reproduce them at will and others cannot. Clicking on the scroll bar shows me the behaviour I expect on the list itself. The indicator on the scroll bar doesn't place itself on a proportional location, but the address list itself just moves up and down as I want. Beginning at the top drag the square of the scrollbar a little bit downwards. Clicking the square on the scroll bar afterwards makes the square to jump downwards.
