Conversion to upper case in Unicode supported only in WinNT family,
so it would make everything tough to a plug-in :-)

A plug-in can extract "raw" information from the message source and
perform decoding by itself...

Besides, it is planned to provide fields in Unicode format...

  the "ritlabs the bat" interface for plugins export the records of
  the mail in ascii format. Sorry, but i couldn't change it.
